I slept well. I* lifted up my mood yesterday. I* know how to comfort myself. I hope I am able to do the same for others. I remember my dreams. I said my prayer before falling asleep. My daily life seems like a rollercoaster of emotions.

I'm tired, as always. Yesterday we went to a restaurant in another city, close to home, then went for a café and got to sleep late. Today is Mother's Day. It was fun, ate delicious food. I felt happy, I felt like I could express myself. I felt good in my body and my brain. I'm doing good. I'm trying my best.
